We truly value both our clients’ time and the working hours of our artists. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 60% fee of the scheduled service. This policy helps us compensate our artists for the time that was reserved exclusively for you. We completely understand that unexpected things can happen — life is unpredictable. If something urgent comes up, please reach out to us directly. We always do our best to support our clients and handle each situation with care and understanding.
