How to Find Us Having a little trouble finding us? Here’s a quick tip! When you arrive at 3100 Airport Way S and see Lula Coffee, walk along the building toward the opposite end, following Airport Way and the parking lot. Keep going — you’ll pass Little Red Day Spa, The Old Rainier Brewery mural, and Veteran Fire Systems along the way. Continue in the same direction until you reach the very last metal staircase at the end of the building. You’ll see The Flow sign right there. It’s super simple: start at Lula Coffee and walk all the way along the building to the opposite end. Parking: The entire parking lot along the building belongs to the property and is free for customers, so feel free to park anywhere along the building. See you there!Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
We truly value both our clients’ time and the working hours of our artists. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 60% fee of the scheduled service. This policy helps us compensate our artists for the time that was reserved exclusively for you.
